CANCELLATION POLICY

If something comes up, please try to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after 24 hour notice will have a 50% fee of the service booked. There is a 15 minute grace period in case of delays. If arrival is later than 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule to ensure proper service time. A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments for services priced over $20. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
